Kamaraj first memory of Yoga was at School when his teacher asked him to demonstrate Mayurasana (Peacock pose) in front of his class. Kamaraj was 8 years old. Kamaraj teaches Hatha, Dynamic Vinyasa flow,Yin yang, Ashtanga Mysore, Pregnancy.
Kamaraj also offers one to one Yoga and inspires and assists your practice and gives you that extra support you need away from a class. Guidence with particular Asana and Inversions or a class tailored to your specific needs to help restore, revitalised and relax. Whether you are a complete beginner or advance yogi Kamaraj can be of help.
